Karishma Kulshrestha is the Founder and President of Innovility with an interdisciplinary background in medicine, psychology and leadership.
She is completing her Bachelor of Science at Carnegie Mellon University with a dual major in Psychology and Chemistry on a pre-medical track.
Her experience includes Stanford Medicine clinical exposure, medical assistant work and neuroscience research.
Priyanka Aggarwal oversees Innovility’s operations ensuring product, engineering and sales teams work together effectively.
She previously led strategy and partnerships across Rewardwise Technologies, Flairsoft and Oracle.
She holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.
Mr. Kulshrestha is the owner and CEO of Flairsoft, a global information technology firm. Mr. Kulshrestha founded Flairsoft in 2001 and grew it to a strong and innovative technology solutions company serving Air Force, DoD, State of Ohio, State of Oregon and fortune 500 companies.
His thought leadership got the Flairsoft team a unique recognition that is Topcat award for innovation from Tech Columbus community.
Flairsoft today employs over 85 professional across multiple states within US.
